We use a unique system of hydraulic rams and gauges (that we designed) that allows us to measure how much hull weight is being placed on the keel.
Hulls are NOT designed to hold the vertical weight of the vessel on the keel, hulls are designed to have the keel's weight hanging.
Our system ensures no fracturing of the fiberglass around the keel-mount which will cause premature blistering and delamination of the hull.

We prep all MASTS the same way regardless of quality or price.

We foam and bubble wrap the mast before shrink wrapping all the rigging and hardware tightly together for transport.

We spend over $50 in protective wrapping supplies on every mast to protect it from any wear while in transport.

We transport all masts on the side of the trailer, NOT on the top like other shippers.

Your painted or anodized mast will arrive without damage.

Offers bottom painting while in transport to the new location.

Have your vessel arrive with a fresh coat of bottom antifouling paint before launching.

We clean and prep the bottom before application.

We paint the entire bottom, under all trailer support pads.

This adds ONE more day to a transport, but it is cheaper than having it done later by the marina.
